Notice
In the event of a positive, test-confirmed case, the entire UT Elementary community will be notified via a notification letter. If there is a positive, test-confirmed case in your child’s classroom, you will be notified via a close contact letter. In addition, if there is a positive, test-confirmed case on campus, we will report it to the Texas Department of State Health Services as required by the Texas Education Agency.

UT Elementary uses various forms of online communication methods to keep our community updated on events and information. Below are the main ways we communicate with parents and the way to subscribe if you have not done so yet.
- Class Dojo is a private, secure, invitation-only platform for parents to connect with teachers and UT Elementary administration. Class Dojo is accessible through a website or their downloadable app. If you do not have an account, please contact Jennifer Montoya at the front desk.
- Every week, UT Elementary sends a parent information email. If you are not receiving these emails, please contact Jennifer Montoya.
- UT Elementary uses Facebook, https://www.facebook.com/UTElementary, as an additional way to reach families.
