We are now accepting PK Lottery Applications for 2018-2019. Please print out the Application and bring it in to the front office with the following documentation. Applications missing any documentation will not be accepted. If you have any questions please call or email UT Elementary at 512-495-3300 or ut.elementary@austin.utexas.edu.
For Federal Program (qualifying based on income or language):
- Proof of Residency (electric bill ONLY, lease or mortgage statement)
- Proof of Income (SNAP letter or 2 recent pay stubs)
- Child’s birth certificate
- Parent ID
*An appointment will be made for any child who needs a language assessment to be done to qualify base on limited English.
For Tuition Program
- $30 Application Fee (non-refundable)
- Proof of Residency (electric bill ONLY, lease or mortgage statement)
- Child’s birth certificate
- Parent ID
Once the application is complete it will be given to our business office for review. Someone will contact you to let you know if you met the federal guidelines and that your application will be entered into the 2018-2019 Lottery.
The Home Language Survey will need to be filled out in our office for both Federal and Tuition.
**There will be a PK Prospective Tour on Friday, April 13th at 8:30am.
