Please visit the how to apply tab for all documents needed to apply for UT Elementary’s Pre-K 4 program. Pre-K Applications will be accepted from May 1st- June 1st. The Lottery will take place on June 5th.
Federal – you qualify based on federal income guidelines or English as a Second Language
Tuition – you do not meet the Federal guidelines and pay $650/month
The income verification form along with all the other forms are turned into our business office for qualification.
PK is the only grade a tuition is paid.
If you are interested in applying for the federal program the following is needed:
Proof of Residency (ONLY electric bill lease or mortgage statement)
Parent ID
Child’s Birth Certificate
Proof of Income (SNAP letter or 2 most recent pay stubs)
Income Verification Form
The process takes 3-4 days before you will hear back from us.
If you are interested in applying for the tuition program the following is needed:

Parent ID
Child’s Birth Certificate
Immunization Records
Social Security Card of Child (if available)
$30 Application fee
$150 deposit will be due when you accept spot
The remaining $500 will be due by August 13th.
