UT Elementary was very excited to learn that Mr. Kameron Koeffler was honored as the Outstanding Educator of the Year by the Division for Learning Disabilities of the Council for Exceptional Children. Mr. Koeffler was nominated by Dr. Jessica Toste, associate professor in UT’s Department of Special Education, who has conducted research at UT Elementary.
Mr. Koeffler did his student teaching here at our school with Ms. Noura Wakim. He was hired right after graduation to teach 3rd grade where he earned the distinction of Rookie of the Year for our campus. You can read more about Kameron here: UT College of Education Website.
