UT Elementary welcomed UT College of Education Dean Charles Martinez to our campus on Friday, May 24. Dean Martinez, along with Associate Dean (and parent of a UT Elementary alumni) Victor Saenz and UT Elementary Board Chair Bill Lasher walked our campus, met with teachers and listened to students explain the projects they were working on.
UT Elementary became part of the College of Education last month and we are incredibly excited about having a closer partnership with Dean Martinez and his team. The group talked about a variety of ways that our new structure will facilitate new programs and partnerships for our students and school. This is an amazing time for UT Elementary and we look forward to the new opportunities to better serve our Little Longhorns!
