In response to the developing and rapidly-changing situation and in consideration of maximizing ways to further prevent the risk of exposure to COVID-19, all school districts in Austin and in the greater Austin area have closed through Friday, April 3.
UT Elementary School will be closed for students from Monday, March 23 to Friday, April 3.
The return to school will depend on developments regarding the restrictions put into place by our community leaders in our counties across the state. We are being told to expect long-term closures. We will continue to provide updates through Class Dojo, email and the UTES website.
