University of Texas Elementary Charter School – Education Council
At UT Elementary Charter School, we call our Campus Advisory Council (CAC) the Education Council. The mission of the Education Council is to promote excellence in education for all students through broad-based representation. The Education Council provides valuable input to the principal, regarding decision-making responsibility for the campus.
The Education Council is a committee of parents/caretakers, students, business and community representatives, teachers, the principal, and other campus staff. The formation of campus advisory councils is requuired by state law (Texas Education Code, §11.251).

- Campus Performance
- Campus Improvement Plan
- Campus Staff Development Plan
Education Council Meeting Dates for the 2025-26 School Year
Attendance is compulsory. Meetings will be held at 4:00pm at UT Elementary.
